Complaint against T Brown Group
Last week Wednesday, 30 November I had my annual safety check from T Brown I wasn't at home at the time my eldest daughter was and they said to her that they are turning off the gas because there was a gas leak they called National Grid and National Grid could not find a problem . Since that time I have been going between T Brown and National Grid because nobody seems to know what the other company is doing T Brown said it was the regulator National Grid say it's the fuse and the water pressure is right down . Today I had T Brown come round to inspect my boiler they left And said someone would be coming back later I don't understand why this person couldn't fix it so I am now waiting for somebody to come out to my house again and fix my boiler I am none the wiser as to what is going on and would like to get some compensation for the inconvenience of all of this .
