[RESOLVED] - Instillation when the property clearly states No cold callers, no salesmen

Complaint against UK Home Save Ltd

The company attended since stating this was following a lead from a marketing company. The owners of the property are clearly aged, and lack capacity to weigh up cost/benefit decisions. The cheque was taken and presented to the bank the same day, there was no adherence to the cooling off period with products fitted the next day. Following which the heating system has failed heat saver has fallen off the wall and an independent gas fitter has been unable to identify a Combiwise. UKHomesave have been asked to provide a breakdown of costs, rationalise their actions and have failed to respond to calls/emails. A further email has been sent asking that they make an appointment to remove the products.
