Paid deposit 8 months ago and still no windows!

Complaint against Anglian Home Improvements

Paid the deposit for secondary glazing on 20th February 2016. We then had to wait until the 4th of May until a surveyor came around. The installers then came on 4th of June to install the windows which didn't fit. I had to take more time off work for a second surveyor to come over to re-survey. Being self-employed it really affects my earnings. We have rang them numerous times since then to find out when they are coming to fit them but every time get a different answer saying the are waiting to hear for someone else or because there was a mistake there is now a lot of red tape to get through etc. It has been nearly 8 months since we placed the order and are now having to turn the heating on because it is getting colder and the windows have been installed.

Absolutely disgraceful costumer service! We were not expecting such a bad service from a "supposedly" leader in market company
