Simarc impossible to deal with

Complaint against Simarc Property Management

We bought a property at auction at the end of last year we couldn’t find out who the company was to pay the ground rent to. Eventually we received a invoice for just under a £1000 rather than the £350 we were expecting. We paid the ground rent straight away while we were trying to sort out other charges. Simarc returned the cheque as they demanded full payment. They seem to have a business plan where by you can’t pay by STD they send your invoice late and you are hit with double the amount to pay as your cheque it seems gets lost in the post. Had I read the reviews on this company I would not have touched this flat with a barge pole.
