Complaint against Steve Brooks Kitchens

Started work on my kitchen and bathroom feb 20th 17. Left work unfinished to date. Work already done is poor quality and needs repair. Items bought through him and installed not working. Not recieved correct electrics installed. Flooring as part of new kitchen now coming up. Was left with dangerous live wires exposed. Water leaks onto electrics. Given SBrooks chance to rectify/finish has done so but poor workmanship done again. Then still refuses to comeback and complete othet work.

Also referred to Steve Brooks via Quotatis. Could find no vehicle on their website to make a complaint against their "recommended trader". Only spoke to him in last 6 weeks (on same mobile number as 2 years ago) but he is still disaggregating and our ten year guarantee is worthless (as is our ensuite!). Would be interested in joint claim pursuit. [email protected]

I too had a bathroom fitted in dec 2017 by Brooke's cowboys. to cut a long story short at one point we had no working toilet over Christmas one of which was plumbed into a rain water drain away . we complained and got a few jobs fixed but weve been left with a bathroom we didnt choose and is substandard fittings and fitted and which cost nearly 2x the price quoted . I hope he sleeps well at night
