Optima Legal

We are have been dealing with Optima Legal for 6 months to remortgage my old house and transfer the equity are basically going back on their word and stating that they need a restriction removed that cannot be removed (the old house builder no longer exists). There are 3 other people in the street who have moved out and got around this. And we actually have paid another solicitor £300 to find out that this restriction does not apply to remortgages and transfer of equities but Optima Legal are stating they cannot proceed. I am in total amazement at this and the guy at Optima Legal (who I have the name of but won't name) was really rude to me on the telephone just now. He told me I was useless! Is there anyone I can speak to about this?
