Complaint against Posh Flooring
I ordered £480 pounds worth of flooring with the promise of delivery on the 22nd of November. Needless to say nothing was delivered. I had to finish the floor in the living room before xmas so I asked for a refund. This is now the 29th of March and still no refund. I even said that I would reorder using the refund money. Nothing happened. I was thinking of going to the police fraud squad and asking them to intervene. Someone has my money and I would like it back. I have phoned constantly for the past 3 months and am still getting fobbed off.
