Complaint against Bloor Homes
We moved into a Bloor Home last June, and the issues started with Customer Care now Customer relations after we submitted our 5-7 month issue list. We had issue reaching from floor drops 2 cm to unleveled floors squicky stairs to leaking gutters and poorly laid lawn to front doors been faulty we are still waiting to get 10 issues fixed and the repair of the stairs painted after 6 months. And we are not the worst one's our neighbors they have to replace the stairs on the second floor as they are split. Other have had the floor replaced three times and still not proper. Customer care is fobbing you off and delays appointment it is terrible
