They are a sham company - they take your money and do nothing

Rates and Rental Surveyors
I was sold their services in October 2017 (before I had googled them and saw really bad reviews) - I reluctantly paid my money (as I had stupidly signed their contract) and as at today (12.01.19) I have heard nothing from them about my Rates appeal. I ring them periodically and get promised that I will be called back and no one ever does. I emailed the MD a week ago and again nothing. Its time consuming, draining and I still don't know if I am due a rate rebate! Everything I had read about them in 2017 was obviously true!
