Complaint against Lifestyle Homes N.Ireland

I moved to the Ballyhalbert Park Home site in Ballyhalbert,Newtownards Co. Down on 1st December 2014.Since purchasing the Pasrk Home Bungalow I have had a few issues regarding an annoying noise which I asked the Site owner to investigate.I even forwarded a Letter in writing.In addition they have overcharged me for two months Pitch fees.On contacting the saleman who sold me the Bungalow he admitted a mistake was made in the accounts office.They told me in a phone conversation I would be credited with the overpayment amount.Unfortunately I am still waiting .In the meantime as a result of the aggressive attitude and lack of response I visited the site Office today and was asked to leave the office

Issue resolved after raising complaint with local MP.Pitch fees have been amended to correct amount as discussed with salesman during sale .

Company has not responded to my complaint and has not addressed the initial defects since moving to this Park Home.Other residents continue to voice their concerns about various issues.
