Gardener service not completed after more than 2 months

Complaint against Garden Buildings Direct

I am contacting you regards to a very serious problem, I hired a garden company from a website which I trusted because I considered they hired serious people, however I found their service is very disappointed. I agreed with the gardener the work for my garden would be completed in two weeks, however it has been more than 2 months and the work has not been finished yet, the gardener literally disappeared without sending any explanation, also the gardener told me he would take 1 week off for a holiday and he never told me that information before accepting his quote. There is a lot lack of commitment from him to complete the work and I found this behaviour very disrespectful. Also I have recently reviewed his work with another garden company and I have been told the cost he told me does not represent the work he has done so far. I really need some advice from you, I am quite upset with it. I really do not know what else to do to change this situation. I am looking forward for your prompt reply. Thanks Emilce
