[LAPSED] 10 orders from wren kitchens and I still have damaged goods and want to cancel

Complaint against Wren Kitchens

We have had 7-10 orders delivered to our property within a month. First order we had, everything was damaged other than one item and appliances, and we have had items missing which were supposedly out of stock... however we were never notified of this. All other orders we’ve had have all been damaged also and they haven’t bothered to take any of it away. Every order we’ve had is lying in our hall, livingroom and what is supposed to be our “kitchen”. They advised that I could dispose of it myself, after me telling them I have a disability- Fibromyalgia. The customer service is an absolute joke to say the least. Advisors who give nothing but cheek and are the most unhelpful people I’ve ever come across. We have been told we can cancel our order, but not until someone comes to our property and inspects the damaged goods which is delaying everything - obviously all the emails we have issued with photos attached aren’t good enough. We purchased our property in August and can’t get any of the lower floor decorated or move in because of their incompetence, so we’re paying a mortgage and council tax for a house we can’t even live in.
