Complaint against Wren Kitchens
Going to keep this brief and salient: > Bullied into buying kitchen when knew we weren't in position to install > Measurements of kitchen were wrong by Wren measurement > Different size end deco panels ordered for a rectangle island - how this is even possible is beyond me! > Overestimated on solid oak kitchen worktop - left with over 1.5m of spare worktop which we have paid for > Poor quality units - damaged on arrival and no care kits provided > Replacement items all arrived damaged and massively delayed > Months of interactions with customer service both telephone and email ignored or generic responses > Phone calls of up to 60+ minutes to get no resolution > Fridge/freezer put into design as a 'box' and doesn't have available space to open the doors > Kitchen non-compliant with building regulations > Had to move the kitchen island and replumb plus delay of months to make kitchen compliant with building regulations > Now DEC 2016 and still no usable kitchen! >Going to furniture ombudsman as no use being amicable and trying to resolve with Wren
