After spending a lot of money on a wren kitchen the day the fitter finished it was found that the induction hob wasnt working. The fitters spoke to wren and were told they shouldve tried an induction pan (which is all I own as I changed from an induction hob when having the kitchen refit). I then contacted wren myself to be told that they would order me a new hob, sounds good I know. But then they went on to give me a,, delivery date of nearly 2 weeks away. Lovely kitchen but I just cant see past the hob so its put a real downer on it. They were like my best friends when I was parting with my money but as soon as it went wrong their attitude changed completely, feeling so let down and dissapointed
