Complaint against Wren Kitchens
Cannot fault the actual purchasing of our kitchen in Septemeber 2016 (kitchen delivered Decemeber 2016). Yet, the after sales side of things have been nothing but shocking. We have had nothing but hassle, different coloured door/drawer/plinth frontals, took weeks before anything was dealt with, to then be sent wrong sized items, frontal replacements that were not any better than what was on originally. Our joiner changed all this (at our cost) to then be no better! Again, weeks of contact to Wren customer service to get this sorted all via email & phone calls! Then in May, one of our ovens stopped working, clearly faulty, contacted Wren, on which due to being out of the 28 day period (yet they issue a 2 year warranty) I had to contact Bosch. An engineer came out for site visit (2 weeks later), rectified the issue, to then on same day, oven stopped working again, Bosch then out for another site visit, which resulted in oven still not being able to be fixed. Back on touch with Wren demanding I had a brand new oven sent out as this one was only 5 months old & clearly faulty! Took yet another week to get anywhere with this....To eventually receive a date for a brand new replacement to be sent, day off work to receive the item, yet on the day, email sent to us stating the item would not be out for delivery & we would have to wait another 10 days to receive another date when the item would be sent. Phone call around an hour after receiving this email from Wren delivery driver, stating our item would be delivered within the hour, (I thought maybe the email sent in am was an otimated one by mistake) nope, Wren delivery driver turned up to be told, actually, your item isn't on our lorry!! This is now over 6 weeks our oven hasn't been working on an appliance that was under 5 months old. No contact from Wren with regards to this, so again, I have sent another email this am to them. Our door frontals have eventually been replaced (took months to get replaced) with what we thought on inital inspection looked alot more like the other door frontals, yet, they aren't any better now they have been fitted.....weeks gone by where we have complained several times about this, to still have got no where!! Honestly, I would stay clear of Wren, mainly due to the after sales customer service, absolutely shocking service. Ridiculous when you spend thousands on a beautiful kitchen to have nothing but hassle from the minute the kitchen is fitted (Wren did not fit our kitchen). We are in the middle of a large renovation project, and do not have the time to spend chasing Wren constantly regarding ongoing issues. Over 6 weeks without our oven working on a brand new kitchen that was only fitted in Dec 2016...shocking!!
