Complaint against Wren Kitchens
My kitchen installation began in September 2016 the kitchen I'd still not complete now !!!!! We were duped into signing a completion certificate in November 2016 by an installation manager who has conveniently now left the company on the basis he would ensure the problems with our kitchen were swiftly resolved.later we realised our so called 12 month interest free period would then kick in. When we realised this and queried it we were absolutely assured that following completion of the woks this would be rectified and then and only then would the 12 month interest free period start !!!! It is now July 2017 kitchen still awaiting outstanding works !!! We were without cooking water or laundry for 4 weeks. Due to a catalogue of poor measuring wrong appliances and repeated issues with the fitting of the worktop - fitted 4 times and still not right!!!! Our electric garage door was forced and broken they refuse to repair / replace Poor quality panels kept splitting whole island unit replaced Cut raw edges placed to floor impossible to wash no sealing Chipped panels now awaiting replacement Customer service offer £760 for the delay of 10 months !!!!!! Do not buy a Wren kitchen Customer services won't even speak to you !!!!!!!!
