Complaint against Wren Kitchens
HOR-WREN-DOUS I wish I never set foot in a Wren Kitchens showroom New kitchen purchased and installed 2nd October 2017, it’s now May 2019 and we are still no nearer to having the kitchen we paid for. Four different team of fitters, awful quality of replacements doors, decor panel, corner posts, cornice time after time after time and the fitters just fit them regardless. We currently have Gloss and Matt finish on the same doors, some orange peel effect, doors clash with the door next to it when opening. We have drawers that don’t close fully, doors that are bowed. Drawers when opened smack the handle of a cupboard door. Last July after finally giving up Wren told me it should go to the furniture ombudsman and refused to talk to me, refused me entry to their showroom in the end I took it to the furniture ombudsman where it still, they’ve been equally as frustrating. This company boasts FIRA Gold certification, I question how of FIRA can award such a certification when the standard of product and installation is so poor. FIRA, you are more than welcome to look at our kitchen. Also my advice would be do not go through the ombudsman but go straight to a solicitors.
