We ordered a kitchen from wren in March with the original date being June 17 but we wanted it before ramadan and changed the date for 15 of April so we had plenty of time to get it fitted for ramadan I came in to the showroom to sign the agreement we paid all the balance and It was booked in for the 15 in frount of me I messaged them on the 12 to see if it was coming as we ripped our old kitchen out ready for the new one only to be told it wasn't booked in they still had the original date for 17 of June so I got a call back to say it wasn't booked no apology nothing they will deliver it for 1st of may but the guy who was fitting it was going away so I asked for it to be delivered after 10 which it is now coming on 13 May mind you we have had no kitchen since 10 of April it's ramadan and we are struggling the whole point was to get it before ramadan but no my mum is 71 and very poorly due to the dust etc she has ended up in hospital twice the customer service is disgusting we paid alot of money for the kitchen and we want some compensation due to wrens kitchens error absolutely disgusting avoid buying from them they will only stress you out
