[LAPSED] Bathroom bought and fitted with wrong water taps, for our water system.

Complaint against Wren Kitchens

After numerous problems and 5 weeks to fit bathroom. We have had no hot water pressure from both bath and basin. Have had British gas to look at the water boiler. Apparently we were sold high pressure water taps and we have low water pressure. Now company are ceasing trading for Bathrooms, where does that leave us. We have paid ,£9000 for a bathroom that cannot use hot water. Also taps chosen to match the style of bathroom. We had a survey done by Wren before we had installation, feel they should have known they were selling us incorrect taps.
