Complaint against Wren Kitchens
Bought kitchen in October 2017 and since then we have had over 60 replacement doors. Every replacement they send us is damaged and we have probably had over 25 deliveries, had to get kitchen fitters out here there and everywhere and taken a lot of time off work. This is still not resolved 12 months later and we have just had a delivery of 7 doors/drawer fronts that are all damaged. Every single one is damaged. I have asked if I can complain and am told no, I can only put official complaint in when I am happy with my kitchen!! I am at the end of my tether and don't know where to turn. How long do I have to accept this and keep waiting in for products that are damaged. the kitchen is grey gloss and scratched, chipped, paint running down doors where is has not been sprayed properly, load of bumps on doors etc.
