Complaint against Wren Kitchens
We recently purchased a kitchen and breakfast bar from wren kitchens team valley Gateshead. The designer took our requirements and gave a detailed plan. Price was negotiated and fitting commenced. Three days into fitting it was aparant the designer had made an error with the breakfast bar. It was requested we had seating for two people, however the unit the designer allocated was far too small. We contacted wren straight away and were told we needed to pay for additional unit/ bench. Even though the designer made the error we had to pay. The designer then refused to achnowledge his mistake and made a “no comment” when confronted. Ween are not responsive either by phone call or visit.
