Complaint against Wren Kitchens
Purchased our kitchen for £8k (units and appliances only) back in January, had it delivered, well part of the order delivered 11th May which was when we were ready to take this. First delivery arrived on time and on the day requested, shortly after the delivery we received an email to say there was an item unavailable and this would be delivered the following week. Since then and unpacking our kitchen we have had to take a further 11 deliveries because of missing and damaged or faulty items, not the one we were emailed about. We spent approximately £1000 extra to have two of the units to have Wrens "easy swing pull out systems" and so far have had to replace the corner unit door once as the system was sticking so much, removed the soft close systems as requested and it still sticks. Wrens solution for this was to send out a whole new system and get my fitter back for the fourth time to fit it..... The second "easy swing unit" I have had two new doors, 2 sets of new hinge dowels and still the larder door is coming off its hinges. After yet another 45 minute call to Wren's customer service, their solution is to send me another new door, new hinges and new hinge dowels as apparently the previous ones sent were not correct, and yet again I have to get my fitter back out as they are not willing to send their own! It took another two weeks for this replacement to arrive and it has arrive today with only half of the unit door!! Have called customer services AGAIN to be told they think they know what needs to be sent but will have to send an email to confirm a date once this has been ordered..... It have now been over 3 months since my first delivery, I have taken 12 deliveries, sent two sets of photos, one video, sent at least 10 emails and probably made a similar if not more calls to Wren, had my fitter back four times (soon to be five) all at my expense and I still do not have a completed kitchen! I have asked for a refund on the two easy swing units and for just shelves to be sent but they will not do this either. I want the issue sorted and I now want compensation for the expense of having to get fitters out at our expense for Wrens cockup's, days of work I have had to lose to stay at home to take 12 deliveries and hours of phonecalls and emails!!
