[LAPSED] Extremely Poor Service - Ask for Compensation

Complaint against Wren Kitchens

It has taken 18 months to complete a £5k kitchen. We were without a cooker for 6 months and the kitchen itself was a complete mess throughout that time. The greatest frustration was the complete lack of capability from the Wrens employees to deal with the issue efficiently which left me spending hours on the phone and over email to them. Even after this communication the wrong items were being delivered. To add insult to injury I was then asked to pay for the full kitchen 6 months before it was even installed! I have tried to communicate with Wrens to delay the final payment but have had no response.
