Complaint against Wren Kitchens

I bought a kitchen from wren and they are supposed to be delivering it today, but I've been informed over the last two days that I'll have no doors, no end panels, no filler panels, no cornice and no plinth! This is on top of two missing appliances and no idea when the worktop can be fitted! Everything was paid for 5 weeks ago. I contacted the customer care line yesterday only to be cut off 3 times when I was put on hold! I kept calling and everyone I spoke to said something different. In the end I'd had enough so I told them I will refuse the delivery because it's not what I paid for. I was supposed to be called back but nothing. I have no date for the missing items and I've had to cancel my fitter and otter trades which I will be charging to wren. Amongst the many reasons I've been given is that they are moving factory production but that isn't my fault and they would've had prior notice. I'm now in limbo waiting for a response.
