Kitchen not finished after three months

Complaint against Wren Kitchens

Kitchen delivered at beginning of November 2016 and fitters started a week later. 20% of kitchen parts not sent on first delivery. Fitters got in touch with Wrens and bits started to arrive. Rounded work top sent as straight. Another straight one sent but damaged and at end of December it arrived. Support manager can in December and said he would sort it. Got in touch in January and he came again as parts still not arrived. Over cupboard door sent four times with side open door. Corner base unit sent three times wrong. Told these two items would come on 13th January. Never arrived. Got three glass doors WHICH MATCH at end of January. Got email from Wrens today and looking for our lost parts. We are now due to go on holiday so will be into 5th month and no date to complete this kitchen or parts that are correct being delivered. They make sure they take all the payment for the kitchen before it is delivered so you have no come back with holding payment back..

After all the conversations and emails that have taken place between wrens and myself, before they consider compensation you are expected to complete a claim form with all the details that they have. They have all this information so just agree a reasonable amount that your company should offer me. This is just another way of the extremely poor service of wrens.

Hi Brenda I understand that the item is arriving with the drill holes in the wrong place, I can assure you that the Installation Team are working on a resolution and are actively discussing with our qc team. Kind Regards Emma

At last the overhead cupboard and corner post are right. One of the glass doors is cracked and they are a different color to the other doors. We now need another 3 glass doors. Now how long will this take again. Brenda Hall

The two parts that were missing arrived at last right and was fitted. The glass doors were damaged so another 3 arrived this week. In v we agreed for a fitter to come Saturday to fit. Wasted another day of our lives and NO FITTER. We are now going into our 6th month. Will Wrens ever be able to get this right. No offer of compensation. Friend going to fit a kitchen. Wont be wrens

Well open a bottle to celebrate 6th month you have finished our kitchen. No offer of compensation of how many days we have wasted waiting for parts which are wrong, stress that has coursed us, not to mention so many phone calls trying to sort out your incompetence. You don,t take care of your customers. Just hope people think twice with dealing with you.

You have enough evidence on file to complete a claims form. Wrens have wasted enough of our time time and caused us stress when there is no guarantee you are going to offer any compensation. I would have expected that you would have offer us something without us asking. If you want a claim form done us the information you have already to decide what to offer us. .

I have never come across a company like wrens who do not put their customers first. Filling in a complaints form just reinforces this. I shall continue to let everyone l come across not to use a company like wrens for kitchens. Let anyone be aware of wrens who use this web site. You should not need to complete a claims form to be offered a good will gesture when the service has been so appalling.

Finally in June wren has offered us £310 for compensation. Due to the stress this company has put us through we excepted to bring a closer to our business with them. They emailed me on the 12th and would be 10 days to send the money. Well not expected the cheque has not arrived. Must be coming the same way as their parts which took 6 months to complete the order. its not a fortune.
