I ordered a fully fitted kitchen from Wren in October 2018.Included in the fitting was a short door and a long where my boiler is kept.It was measured by a Wren employee who took note of the sizes of these particular doors.We also discussed it in depth with the salesperson.When my delivery arrived on Monday 7/1/19 it was discovered the doors were not there.After contacting Wren on numerous occasions they are claiming no liability but have admitted it is on the designers paperwork.I spoke to the salesperson and she agrees it was mentioned numerous times.I have had to pay for a fitter to supply and fit the doors.I have requested compensation from Wren but they will not take responsibility.i am very upset and disappointed in this customer service.I hope you can help in this matter.
