[LAPSED] Poor customer relations and communication

Complaint against Wren Kitchens

Having spent £12,000 for a long awaited dream kitchen I was led to believe that the coordination of fitting the new kitchen would run according to a plan and everything would be arranged for us. This is the list of issues:- 1. 2 missed pre-fit appointments by the fitter 2. incorrect splashback ordered by the store so I had to pay up front for the correct item, its taken me 2 weeks to get the wrong item refunded. Had to wait in for the correct item to be delivered 3. items missing from the order so had to wait in for another delivery and arrange for the fitter to come back 4. when the fitter came back a piece of the new delivery was faulty and had to be ordered again so guess what...had to wait in again for another delivery 5 fitter has had to come back again to fit the last piece that was faulty 6. Rubbish collection very poor they left stuff behind so I had to contact the store to arrange another collection, guess what.. they came collected and again left stuff behind...really fed up now so my husband took the rubbish to the dump himself. 7. Between ordering the kitchen and having it fitted my installation co-ordinator has changed twice. My biggest issue is with customer coordination and the lack of attention to detail, this certainly was not a smooth fit and Im not sure if I would recommend Wren Kitchens
