Complaint against Wren Kitchens
Very poor customer services AVOID Very poor customer services, in store and at head office. We ordered our kitchen and everything was great we booked a kitchen fitter and paid him a deposit, nearer to our delivery date we gave the kitchen fitted money for materials needed as we were changing our rooms around. As it came to our delivery date no communication was made from wren so I had to ring the day before to confirm everything!!!! Ok our delivery date was put back 40 days... we had a fitter in the next day with our deposit and materials 😢😢 The customer service and support has been disgraceful, we have been LIED to nuremous amount of times, we have now found out our kitchen wasn’t even prossesed so we had no option but to cancel our order and find an alternative kitchen store to plan our new kitchen and was told the only thing wren as a company could do was give us 10% discount off the new kitchen and rebook which would make the delivery date up to 8 weeks We are in total loss of £1000 we have no kitchen, no living room and THREE young CHILDREN TO FEED and entertain in a bedroom for the next few months SO PLEASE CONSIDER MY EXPERIENCE WITH WREN AND HOPEFULLY YOU WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS IM SURE THIS WILL MORE THAN LIKELY HAPPEN TO SOME POOR FAMILY AGAIN. ALSO WREN YOU NEED TO GET SOME MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING FOR YOUR STAFF MY POOR CHILDREN NOW HAVE TO LIVE ON FAST FOOD AND RESTAURANTS FOR THE NEXT COMING WEEKS 😡😡😡😡
