Complaint against Wren Kitchens
i was so excited when we order our first kitchen in 2018 for our very first home, we decided to go all out and ordered granite worktops too. Wren Kitchens came out and measured to ensure we had everything right, but when the kitchen came they had made small errors and had to replace a number of items. Once the base units were constructed their 3rd party J Rotherhams came out to measure for the worktops, including the sink which had already been delivered, they then came and installed the work tops and realised at that time that they had made a mistake in measuring the sink (we have the biggest one Wren does and yet it could still drop straight through the hole they had cut. J Rotherhams wanted to fit a slither of granite around the sink, we said no we wanted what we paid for and that was over 4 months ago, we are still arguing with them to get either a refund or replacements for the work tops. J Rotherhams said they cant give a refund unless Wren approve and Wren are telling us that they have opened up an incident with J Rotherham. Talk about man in the middle, the one thing that Wren and JRotherhams are forgetting is the customer. it is nearly five months after my kitchen was delivered and l am still leaving out of boxes in my kitchen.
