Complaint against Wren Kitchens

Absolutely awful awful service. Please, please listen to 80% of the reviews before you consider buying from Wren and avoid this company like the plague. This has been a nightmare for us and is still on going. From damaged cupboards, replaced by more damaged cupboards, wrong units, missed deliveries, the list is endless. Six weeks down the line and we still have so many issues. The after care is shocking. The attitude of the customer care staff (minus one helpful lady who was fab) is such a let down. We've had to chase constantly, no one bothers to ring you. You wait ages to get through. I have requested to speak to a manager but this is not possible apparently. This, in itself, is a joke in the 21st century. I am a manager and deal within complaints all the time, I can't ignore them like the Wren management team can get away with. There is no compassion from Wren. They don't understand how stressful the process is and they simply do not care. I have no idea how Wren function as a company. Even the staff who work for them / on behalf of Wren have laughingly acknowledged how utterly bad they are. I have put our complaints to Wren. Apparently they cannot assess our claim until the kitchen is fully finished....we have no idea when this will be!!!! All we have been worthy of is an email to say that are sorry for our experiences. Having read hundreds of reviews, this is the standard response and Wren simply do not care about the customer experience at all. I am kicking myself as I was warned about Wren before hand but was assured by our designer that she would deal with any issues in store. I wish I had listened to the reviews and gone else where. Honestly, they are a disgrace. Spare yourself the trauma of Wren and take your hard earned cash somewhere else. We will now be approaching the financial ombudsman to intervene as there is no way we are paying the full cost of the kitchen. I cannot begin to explain how stressful we have found this situation and the end isn't in sight yet. You've been warned. Mrs C Higgins
