[RESOLVED] - Terrible Wren Kitchens

Complaint against Wren Kitchens

1. Installation commenced June, now November still not complete. 2. Designer and pre fit inspection screwed up and missed massive plan defects. Caused massive inconvenience and distress for my family. 3. Customer has sent so so many emails to Wren got no reply all through main installation, later told "emails were down..." yeah right - anyone else out there been told that one. 4. Fitter had such a terrible attitude, very rude, aggressive, didn't give a monkeys so long as got paid. Told me first day of our installation he was in a rush as holiday already booked same week. 5. Put my life savings into dream kitchen, but the second Wren get your money, doing right by the customer is not their concern. So many times asked for compensation and nobody replies. 6. Now after 1/2 year of installing I am being told there is a "resolution" team and it is those special ones who have the sacred right to make decision, now I must relive entire experience and repeat and write it all to yet another Wren department. 7. Never never never forget this. What a way to spend £14k. Shocking
