[LAPSED] Very poor co-ordination resulting in Installation issue not completed.
Complaint against Wren Kitchens
Had a new kitchen installed mid Oct 2017. Initial problem was failure to delivery the *Hob extract until after the fitters has left at end of week with a completion noting the following outstanding issues, *Hob extract, failure to leave suitable gap for existing american fridge\freezer & installer R E D refusing to install decor panel (fitter cut & used this else where) boxing above worktop to ceiling round the existing exposed boiler pipework as agreed with Wren before *final payment over a month earlier. Jan 2018 still waiting for the 30yr old extract duct to be replaced with the new fitting kit for the Extract fan unit. The Kitchen is nice but I've had to finish much of the above before Xmas because the Wren co-ordination team have no control over the Red install's. They rely on the customer snagging the kitchen instead of having a professional clerk of work checking the kitchen is complete ( they probably need the sign-off cert to get paid asap so will push to have this signed with outstanding snags) lesson to learn 'Do not sign the completion cert until all work is completed. -Cannot recommend Wrenr co-ordination team or the Installer as I suspect they leave a lot of customers kitchens with outstanding issue as we have experienced.
