[LAPSED] Very poor customer service dealing with people with disabilities as myself.

Complaint against Wren Kitchens

After the man came to measure my kitchen and l told him l wanted the kitchen as was before the same layout he told me to go in store and was past on to someone who had only been in the firm four months it got very confusing as my disability affects my voice and makes me stutter l have distonia also disphonia which causes me a lot of pain .The assistant showed me the kitchen what the guy had come to my home and l agreed to go ahead . After getting home excited and looking at new plan for my kitchen l realised there where no draws so the first thing in the morning l rang the person who was dealing with my kitchen and said l have no drawers has l had in my old kitchen oh she said we don't do drawers in corner units and said it was her day of and to back to store so back to the store and she had someone else redesigning my kitchen l payed in full after being told the kitchen would be delivered on the 26th September between 9am and eleven the kitchen came at5.30 and l was told the lorry could not fit down my street two fitters at my address waiting all day was told it was taken back to the depot and delivered the next morning which has cost me two days in wages as the fitters booked a week to fit and decorate.bits where damaged had the phone put down on me and people not responding to my calls my phone bill trying to resolve this is over seventy pounds l am registered with a disability please can someone help me speak on my behalf as l cannot cope with it anymore l need to pay the fitters the extra time it has taken as the late delivery lost two days the even charged me for delivering it of 80pounds also a filter was missing what l had paid for .when l first went in to store l told them l had a disability and to bear with me yes yes they said not a problem but after paying they do not want to know have filled out forms to head office not heard a thing (seems they may have a lot of complaints) my kitchen was to help make my life easier . Hope you can help
