Very poor service from Wren Kitchens

Complaint against Wren Kitchens

Our kitchen has still not been completed nearly three months after it was delivered. The first fitter they sent was completely useless, and the work done so far has been of substandard quality and the units have not been fitted correctly. After numerous phone calls to Wren they eventually sent a second fitter who was shocked at the quality of the workmanship and has written a report on his findings. This was three weeks ago and Wren have still not contacted us. Instead we have had to continually phone them to try to get updates. The customer service has been frankly appalling and we will now be speaking to the furniture ombudsman and seeking compensation.

I would be grateful if you could look into it, but I hold out little hope as so far as your service has been dreadful, and each time we speak to customer services we are fobbed off with another limp excuse. I won't be holding my breath and will be lodging a complaint with the furniture ombudsman immediately

What a joke this company is. We were told by a Wren representative that we would be contacted by one of the installations team by the end of this week AT THE LATEST. Well, it is now Friday evening and, once again, we have not heard anything. This is the second time this has happened. We are left with a shoddy, unfinished kitchen which we have wasted £12000 on. We want compensation NOW.

Wren are a bunch of charlatans. Their customer service and workmanship is dreadful. We had to fight tooth and nail to receive any sort of compensation. Do not touch them with a barge pole.
