Complaint against Wren Kitchens

I had heard so many band things about Wrens and there Kitchens, against my better judgement i went to them just for the work tops, as a show room there products are great and there selection of worktops even better. my wife fell in love with the worktop and i though what could go wrong with just ordering worktop, well...!!!! i have had 3 lots of work top delivered due to wrong size, different shades ect... i had made numerous call to customer services which is the biggest joke going they try and keep you holding hoping that you will go away... when you do finally talk to someone you can tell that they have a ready made script for complaints...! this caused me 3wks delay in getting my kitchen finished cost me over £500 in wasted time for my kitchen fitters. and well the up stand was also 2 different shades and different hieghts, so at this point i went to the store and demanded that they dealt with the issue, they attempted to re-order new upstands and low and behold when they turned up again wrong shades and only sent 2 when should have been 3 off at this point i could have cried, the thought of going through customer services again makes me really depressed... so anyone thinking off going to WRENS DON'T....!!!!!!!!!! I

again today received 3rd lot of upstands and still wrong again5m kitchen guy I now have to pay also there driver drove on my new laid lawn.... this is so stressful even the store manager has to ring customer services to get things resolved stand here now while waiting to be put through.... they need to be offering some kind of compansarion.....so tiring..

Adam. My i ask what the forms are for? As when i spoke with a representative about the issue he never mentioned anything about form filling he said that he would look into this and come back with some kind of compensation if it was warranted!

Adam, the form i received was just for damage to my lawn...! which yes is unacceptable due to poor driving but is minimal compared the the stress and problems caused by Wren Kitchens, As you know i took a call couple weeks back saying that all the issue will be looked into and have not heard anything since? again poor communication from Wrens

Now i know that Wrens are taking the micky,see below... They have all this information on there records all from the phone call they made, they are now asking me to put it all in writing, do they think that i have got time to sit down and write everything down when they can clearly look at there records which they tell me they have of every conversation we have made.what was the point of the cal

Adam. Sorry to say but as all ways there is an excuse for Wren and sorry doesn't cut it anymore...! What happend to Chris even you said that he was looking into this matter and at that point he did not mention anything about forms that needed to be filled in, as surely i should have received them some weeks back...?

Hi Michael, Chris sent you an e-mail following your conversation, to which he attached the property damaged claims form, as well as an offer of compensation. Unfortunately, as I advised earlier today, the e-mail address on our system is incorrect, so you would not have received it. After all this time i got an offer of a £100 from Wren for all the stress and trouble they caused, spent more than that on the phone to them...such an insult,To Wrens it's just a numbers game and i am a great believer in what goes round comes round... so guess what Wren i won't be accepting your £100...
