[LAPSED] Wrong doors/missing/damaged items

Complaint against Wren Kitchens

Where do I start? Well first I think the salesman was a bit pushy to get our order & for us to pay, then basically didn't want anything to do with us said that we needed to deal with customer service, which at the start was fine, but I have to say that when we ordered the kitchen & tried to alter the delivery date they said they needed 10 days notice which is fine but we only had 9 days left from us ordering to receiving our delivery so they refused to change the date by a couple of days saying that the lorry already been planned for our delivery all though I know the kitchens come down the night before? Moving on delivery turned up items we're damaged reported to driver but they said they couldn't take them back? Spoke to customer service & they said can I dispose of the damaged items & they would send replacements which they did, I then no I spoke to a customer service collector everyday of that week getting replacement items replaced & have done for two weeks now & still waiting on more items to turn up tomorrow although I'm not hold my breath as I want to live a little longer.
