Complaint against The Able Group
I sourced a plumber through the Able Group to fix my leaking shower. In good faith, I trusted the plumber when he advised re-grouting and a new silicone seal. He carried out this work but the leak persisted. On top of this the re-grouting flaked off. Despite me contacting the company on several occasions, the issue was not resolved and I have only been offered a partial refund. Incidentally a friend looked at the shower and was able to correct the leak by reconnecting the waste pipe. The plumber from the Able Group had not even identified this issue. It was suggested by the plumber that I should claim for a new shower on the house insurance. This has caused me untold stress and anxiety and I hope that others do not receive similar treatment.
