Poor Service expensive ordering process. I phoned in 2 orders worth about £1000. The first order too 41 minutes and the dull girl at the other end still got it wrong despite many desperate attempts to enlighten her. Cost of calls so far: £24 Order should be free. Operatives should be smart Even complaint line is charged 0871 number. First mistake they sent wrong items - but they would send out the new items before they received the wrong back - so I paid and waited for a credit. Some items still outstanding. Last they told my wife they have no recollection of any outstanding items. This company is bad. They have many poor reviews. I wish I had spotted these reviews before I order or I certainly would not order. The complaint is ongoing with them so I will update this post as things develop. I have been scammed before and their process smacks of same - they get their money upfront then execute poor service, slow response to complaint. Well House of Bath I have teeth, and your marketing campaign will soon find it harder. Sort me out and I will write complimentary, do not sort me out and the pain starts. To be fair the product is good.
