Very quick to take your money and get you to exchange so you're unlikely to back out but their after sales and customer care is non existent. No telephone number, only email that they do not respond to unless it's to give a stock reply. They're really not interested. None of the complaints on their complaints site show responses. We moved in 2 1/2 years ago and are still experiencing problems obtaining documents that we should have received on completion, that Gleeson's Solicitors said were "to follow". Our solicitor has been chasing them for 2 1/2 years without success. These documents relate to (104 Agreement) planning permission for water and drainage. When we requested window guarantees, central heating installation guarantees their stock reply was: "you should have received them in your pack, we don't have copies". We've had to go direct to the window fitters and central heating fitters for them. The 104 Agreement is more complicated. United Utilities want £75 and 2 weeks to investigate whether it exists. We've been paying our water meter charges monthly for 2 1/2 years. It's now holding up our sale and moving out completion date. Gleeson's Solicitors must have been coached on how to evade enquiries because they give the same stock replies, are rude and unhelpful.
