Faults with my new build not rectified and no one will speak to me over the phone.

Complaint against Gleeson Homes

I moved in on the 29th Mar 2017. Since then I have had no heating. There are also a list of faults with the house. I have emailed Gleesons twice and was informed by email someone would come round. I haven't heard anything so I tried to phone head office, they informed me no one could discuss the matter over the phone. I still have no heating and no solution as of yet. Gleeson homes aftercare is not good enough!
