Complaint against Gleeson Homes

I moved into my brand new house 2 weeks ago. During the move in I verbally raised concerns about faults within the property. I was informed that I needed to email gleesons aftcare team with these faults. My main fault is no heating. It's been two weeks now and I have sent 2 emails and I've still no heating! So I phoned Gleeson homes this morning and asked to speak to someone who could deal with this problem. I was told I had to email again and they don't have a phone number for complaints. If you are about to purchase a Gleeson home, my advice would to be make sure you have everything in writing reference any faults they say they will fix once you have moved in. It seems that once Gleeson homes have your money they don't care!
