Clair Dunn: 1/5 Stars 14/09/2017 Do not buy from this company They will take your money and send you damaged goods. They won't send the parts needed like they said they would, then they will insist that you return the item at your own cost. Shockingly bad customer service, no phone number to call so you can only communicate with them by email. They will drag your complain on for weeks then get nasty. Read the reviews on Trustpilot. Scooter City has not yet responded. Bushra Akhtar: 1/5 Stars 14/07/2017 They sent wrong parts I have purchased over £60 worth of parts the company sent out wrong and damaged items then expect me to pay for returning the items. Emma: 1/5 Stars 23/09/2016 Electric zipper scooter I've bought 2 and both came faulty I've had to buy parts and fix them myself I bought 2 electric zipper scooter and both arrived broken not working,and only 1 charger for both scooters, one came with no fuse and fuse socket smashed,and the other came with wires loose and the charge port smashed and wires snapped, this been going on since July and still they sent no parts saying my warranty don't cover them parts,oh and once I bought the parts from other supplier to fix one of the scooter the belt snapped and they also said warranty doesn't cover that,even though the scooters were bought with 12 month part warranty, avoid at all costs Scooter City has not yet responded.
