Hi there I used eGlobal Central UK previously and had a good experience on two occasions when I bought a mobile phone and an iPad . Based on that I ordered an Apple watch and another iPad as a Christmas present. You are supposed to get your items shipped in 24-72 hours as long as they are in stock. 6 working days after my order confirmation , my order still states "processing". I sent to messages to the support email as it is the only contact email that's available. I also sent a message via Facebook messenger. Didn't even get a single acknowledgement to any of them. I am now very worried for my purchase which cost £416 and worried about not receiving my girlfriend's Christmas gift .
