No delivery - No Refund
Complaint against eGlobal Central UK
eGlobal has acknowledged the my product was never delivered and continue to refuse to refund my money "product hasn't be returned to warehouse" 6 weeks later. The product was sent to a central London large office with reception & mail room. UPS (courier) website shows that it was never delivered and returned to sender. I would like my money back and to caution other potential shoppers that shopping with this company is potentially risky. Thank you.
