I purchased on one a nutri bullet from Wigigs. They couldn't supply and haven't refunded my money

Complaint against wigigs

I purchased on line a nutri bullet on 6/11/2015 for £55.99. On 11/11/2015 they said they'd run out. I could wait 17 days and get a further 10% off or get a refund. I went for a refund and they said on 14/11/2015 that I'd receive a refund in 72 hours. On 16th they said I'd get the refund in 48 hours. I have never had a refund, despite emailing them to ask. They don't reply, the website is no longer there and I have no way of contacting them, I used my Tesco MasterCard. How can I get my money back?

Hi Carol Contact your bank and get your money back, as your have your emails as to order statements from WiGIGS and further emails from them. Good Luck
