Complaint against wigigs

I ordered 2 Nutri Bullets yesterday 01/12/15 with payment processed and authorised. However, I noticed that during the process of my order no possible delivery date was mentioned (though information on their web site states 4-5 working days. Order was placed yesterday; more than 24 hours later still no email confirmation of order and expected delivery date. On the site, on completion of the order process there was information that I can log into my account and follow the progress of my order. Went to Gigigs.co.uk website to try and log into my account but can't find the "My Account" option. Pretended to buy another Nutri Bullet and attempted to log in with my registered details only to be informed that my email & password are not recognised. Phone number listed is inactive. Everything about Wigigs smells dodgy and is looking like a scam. I've had to call my credit card provider to pass on the above information and registered my worries just to be the safe side whilst patiently waiting for their standard 4-5 working days delivery timeline despite no communication from them since placing my order.
