I needed this dress for my 21st and made my order with ample time for it to arrive so that I could have it on the day or even buy something else if it didn't fit/ suit. I paid £3.99 to ensure it would get here on time which it did not. The parcel took a week to get here instead of the 1-3 working days which I was promised. When the parcel came the dress was very poor quality, very ill fitting and nothing like the picture on the site. I was unhappy that to return the item I would have to pay for more packaging despite the fact that I'd already paid for it to arrive late. I rung customer services to ask for guidance and after the lady who answered the phone said she did not know I was transferred to a very aggressive and rude woman. She accused me of having not understood the shipping information despite the fact that she could not account for the additional 4 working day wait. She accused my family of having signed for the parcel and not told me (?) despite the fact that I have literally just taken the parcel from the post man at my front door. She repeatedly blamed me and spoke over the top of me in an exceptionally rude and aggressive manner. I ended up putting the phone down given that every time I tried to speak or respond to her she would talk over the top of me and would not stop. I've never experienced such aggression and rudeness from a customer service in my life. I will claim on paypal instead but will never be shopping here again.
