27/11/2018 I placed an order of a bag my mam loved, after not receiving the bag I emailed and was assured it would be with me by Christmas, Christmas cane still no bag, emailed and emailed endless amount of times and I have still not receive he bag or issued a refund as I asked! Disgusting daylight robbery, this is stealing from hard working people who cannot afford the real designs so get the next best thing. This company should be shot and shut down! £60 wasted Do Not Order
