Unacceptable and Unprofessional
Complaint against House of SHB
Completely unacceptable and unprofessional - ordered a bag FIVE weeks ago, (costing £64), which didn't arrive in the allotted time slot. On emailing to enquire after a week of waiting, I was offered a 10% refund and to wait for my parcel, and a tracking number, (which didn't link to any parcel that Royal Mail had in their system). Still nothing arrived and so I emailed again a further two weeks later, this time they said that Royal Mail must have lost the parcel (?) and that they were going to send another through Hermes, and that they would send me the tracking details. No such details arrived, and surprise surprise, my parcel still hasn't arrived in a total of five weeks later. I don't mind waiting longer for something if there has been a mistake but when it is meant to arrive in 3-5 working days and it still isn't here after 5 weeks, AFTER taking £64 off me, that is just unacceptable.
