on the 1July 2016 I went into Topshop and was disrespected by one of your costomer service verberlly
Complaint against Topshop
On the 1st of July I visited highcross Leicester topshop just to do a routine refund on a skirt that was not the right size. I was served by a young girl who seemed to be polite as usual I started by just saying I would like to return this purchace and for the reason she said okay and things were going fine then she asked for an email I knew nothing of this but wholly cooperated with her and found it, she then all of a sudden became aggressive and very rude for reasons unknown to me , she then asked for my bank card even though all she needed was the details on the email I felt as though she was challenging my integrity she was continuously was rude shouting she then slide my phone across the counter instead of passing the phone to me this is the worst experience I've ever had in any store she was rude and had no customer service skills and is not fit to work within a customer based environment, I am not happy with the service I received and feel I was treated like a second rate citizen I think it would be wise that when picking staff to work here they work within their limits and not overstep boudaries but all in all she was rude and unhelpful and I hope as a customer this is dealt with and not overlooked Regards Mrs M.A.L.
